A super easy and different avocado toast idea perfect for breakfast or lunch. Full of healthy fats and proteins to keep you full for hours.
  • 2 large pieces of sourdough bread or your favorite bread
  • 1 small avocado, flesh removed and pitted
  • 2 TBSP natural peanut butter
  • 1-2 TBSP raspberry jam
  • hemp seeds
  1. Toast your bread to your liking, spread with peanut butter then raspberry jam. Top with avocado slices and a generous sprinkle of hemp seeds.
  2. EAT!
