Hey hi! Just popping in with some meal inspo for you in case you’re in a bit of a rut/want to change things up! I always appreciate these from other bloggers so here you go!
Several buttery croissants + whole milk lattes. Always whole milk. Always.
Pumpkin pie baked oatmeal, banana + barney butter + coffeeeeeee.
Sally’s pumpkin oat cookies with white chocolate + cranberries + eggs w/salsa + coffeeeee.
Very bad photo. Very delicious homemade scone w/butter + raspberries. Had this a few times. Also I’d eaten most of the raspberries before taking the photo. Plus a big whole milk latte.
2 whole milk lattes + some squares of mini wheats that went unpictured, then toast w/butter, leftover bacon and a peach 2 hours later after a walk around the neighborhood + getting a bunch of work done.
Lunches + Dinners:
A lot of my lunches and dinners were the same things. Ie, i rotated between burgers and naan pizzas A LOT for lunch and/or dinner this past while because it’s what I’ve been craving and we’re STILL without a fridge, so I really have to keep our meals simple. I also just can’t have lots of leftovers so we’re eating a lot of the same things.

Told ya. Went back for the 4th piece of pizza after I finished this. There were more pizzas… I stopped taking pictures of them. I really freaking love grilled pizza. SUE ME.
Homemade poutine + broccoli.
Leftover butter chicken (mixed with rice) + salad.
Prime rib burger with salsa, ranch, lettuce, mustard + whole wheat bun. Ate this SO. MANY. TIMES. So good. I love summer.
Qdoba pulled pork burrito bowl with like, every topping option they give you. Yum.
Leftover Qdoba, salad, grilled salmon + chips (there were more. I ate them before I took the photo).
Not a meal, just a tasty snack. Stovetop popcorn with coconut oil + butter + salt. The only photo I took of any snack I ate. I pretty much just snack on cookies and chocolate/chocolate covered almonds these days. And this popcorn.
We also had steaks + potatoes + veg at our friends, I cooked taco rice bowls for us and Mark’s parents one night and there was a lot of salmon + potatoes that just went unpictured. I rarely take pictures when I’m with company.
